Biggest changes

• SMO - Achievements Menu 1.04 by SMO_Valadorn added into the game with 3 achievements:

• Extended aspect radio from 640w 480h to 800w 600h and changed rendering to WebGL.
• Changed the title screen bg.
• Created hidden object: Demon Switch
• Added new enemy: Death
• Added new bossfight: VS Death

Smaller changes

• Created readus file (requires WordPad).
• Moved the HUD to the lower left corner.
• Added small text in the lower right corner.
